The Work That Reconnects (WTR) is a transformative group process of sacred awakening and empowerment. The root teacher is Joanna Macy and expanded by Mutima Imani. As a facilitator of WTR, I hold sacred space and guide groups of people through an experience of the spiral of awaking. The spiral process includes 7 processes of: Coming from Gratitude, Self-Awareness, Social Awareness & Understanding Systemic Oppression, Honoring Our Pain for the World, Seeing with New & Ancient Eyes, Liberation, and Going Forth. I believe in this method and every time I facilitate a WTR workshop, I learn and grow from the innate wisdom that lies within each and every one of us. 

I utilize the original teachings of Joanna in the classic, Coming Back to Life facilitators book by Joanna Macy and Molly Brown. I also wrote a companion workbook with Mutima Imani called, Mindful Earth Liberation: An Expanded Spiral Guide for The Work That Reconnects.
